The Dog Father Groomery

To avoid confusion we have added this policy page, it is intended to make sure you understand what we need from you to be able to groom your dog , what makes it safe and healthy for them and for their best interests.

We also have changed our policy for making apointments for first time grooming clients and have needed to do so as we have had in the past several no shows which takes away a spot for people that would like to be worked in and obviously affects our income.

We require all dogs that are brought into our shop to be current with ALL their yearly immunizations, there are NO exceptions and when a first time client would like to make an appointment it is our policy to require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of

 50 % to secure a spot on our appointment calendar.  That deposit is always applied to the grooming as long as the dog shows up for that appointment.  If a dog comes in and does not have the complete immunization profile, that being Rabies, Bordatella and current yearly distemper/parvo combination, they will be turned away with the option of rescheduling one time within a two or three week period.

We also understand that things come up unforseen that can not be avoioded and the rescheduling option for these circumstances will be the same as for non immunizations.
